With yesterday’s rain, I was excited to get out this morning hoping flows would find me a nice bite. Not having a solid plan for where to go, species to chase and very limited time as work is busy, I checked the gauges and they told me what to do……chase some trout.

As usual, always throwing my spinners. Nothing of size today, just your standard wild brown dinks but I enjoy it as much as anything else.

A collage of pics and a video. I’m trying to broaden my video skills and personality with a little humor. Let me know how I did.

Just go upstream above the reservoirs, browns, 'bows and brookies, but only until Saturday, inland trout close on 10/15, with a few exceptions that stay open later, and a few that are open all year. The chute into Lighthouse Hill looks dynamite, too.
